We offer a 7-day 100% replacement guarantee.
If there is a genuine defect in our product, please let us know within 7 days from the date of purchase.
We will replace the product free of cost.
As all our products are custom-made, replacement is possible only in case of a genuine defect.
Refund is not possible.

No Replacement / Refund for Size Issues

Please make sure of your T-shirt size before you buy.
Our T-shirt sizes follow Indian standard sizing.
All our T-shirts are custom-made as per your order.
They are produced specifically for your order and cannot be sold to anyone else.
Therefore, we do not offer size replacement for any order.
We have displayed our size chart through a link on each and every product page.
Please check the T-shirt chest width and height before placing your order.
Make sure of your size before purchasing.
If you wish to buy multiple T-shirts, we suggest that you first buy 1 quantity to confirm your size.
You may also clarify your doubts regarding sizes by emailing shop@xtees.com before placing your order.

Claim Process

Replacement queries must be sent through email only.
You can email us at shop@xtees.com regarding your replacement request.
You will need to send the product back to us at your own cost for replacement.
We do not have a reverse pickup facility.
In case of refunds, all refunds will be made through reversal to your original payment mode.
